Data Deletion & Retention

You can delete your account and all associated gameplay data (including profile progress, gems, coins, achievements, quest progress, unlocks, and leaderboard entries) directly inside the app. To do so, open the app, navigate to Settings (Spieler Profil), and click the "KONTO LĂ–SCHEN" button. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Retention of Billing/Transaction Records: Please note that if you have made in-app purchases, transaction details, billing identifiers, and tax/invoice records may be retained by Google Play or Apple on their respective platforms according to storefront merchant regulations and local accounting/tax laws. Such records are stored separately and will no longer be linked to any active gameplay profile.
